Welcome to my Road to Wellness site! I’m so glad you took time out of your busy day to stop by. Here you will find tips, reviews, inspiration and easy ways to incorporate wellness into your everyday life.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom of two beautiful girls and a wife to a hard-working husband, who is on the road a lot for work. I have been through some big seasons of change in the recent years, which sometimes threw me for a loop. Being someone who struggles with anxiety, I’ve realized how easy it can be to get stuck in bad patterns. I knew I had to make some serious changes in my life for myself and those I care about.

That’s why I’ve decided to go on a journey on the road to wellness. To take steps every day to learn, grow and implement in my life to become a healthier and complete version of myself.

My Purpose for Road to Wellness

My goal for this site is to help other people to find focus and healing and take steps to become healthier versions of themselves, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I also want to let others know that they are not in this alone. We need community and other people to come alongside us on this journey. When we feel we have that, it feels safer to become more vulnerable and open and to be our true selves.

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.

All the best,

Carla

Hi Carla,
Love your website. It is a very great resource with lots of helpful information. There are certainly a lot of products on the market. It is good that you were careful to be specific about the different kinds of yoga classes available. There is a definite distinction between these and the more traditional and culture-based kinds of yoga.
My path is somewhat different in that I have not used many products over the years. All I have done is read a few books during the 70s as a teenager. I have been more interested in the spiritual and mental aspects of yoga than the physical. This is what is so great about yoga. Despite what some may think, as a tool or method, it is so very natural, and transcends religious beliefs, ethnicity, social status, age, and psychological disposition. It is a pity though that some may never receive its many benefits due to their narrow-mindedness. I definitely will be tuning into your website occasionally to see what’s on the market. Maybe I’ll find a product that’s suited to my personal needs.
Check out my website and let me know what you think.
Regards,
Emery

Thanks for your comment Emery! That’s great that you are getting so many benefits from practicing yoga. It is true that some people may be apprehensive of trying it due to the spirituality side of it. But you can practice just the physical side as well, if that’s what you’re interested in. A lot of people are apprehensive of meditation, but quieting the mind is something that can benefit everyone. All the best to you! Looking forward to checking out your site as well.
